A: Yes, we accept OEM and ODM for size and color and packing way, if you can meet the customization MOQ.
Q5. What`s your MOQ?
A: For our regular awning products(size, color, material， packing, etc), we can accept small quantity order to support u. If you need customize awnings, it`s up to your requirements.
Q6. How can I order sunshade and rain shed products from you?
A: You can send us your requirements firstly, such as size, material, color packing, etc, then our professional sales team will support you and recommend suitable products for your local market.
Q7. What`s your packing way?
A: Usually, we use standard export cartons. If you have special requirments on packing, we can also try to support you.
Q8. What`s your delivery time?
A: For small order, delivery time is about 3-7days after receiving deposit; For middle order, delivery time is 15days after getting deposit; for 20GP or 40HQ order, delivery time is about 30-45days after you pay deposit.

A: Our sunshade and rain shed products have 2year warranty, 5years, and 10years according to different products.
